Job Description:
Responsible for driving business growth in line with the company's objectives and strategic priorities by expanding the customer base, developing strategic accounts, and increasing product usage within assigned territories.
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs in Oncology and general surgery.
To support effective sales and marketing execution, as well as leading the product listing process.
Manage existing accounts, secures orders, and supports marketing initiatives to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, while coordinating market surveys and gathering market intelligence to inform business planning and decision-making.
