Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-caliber team of Structured Finance Associates from ground up.
- Actively originate and participate in the execution of loan syndication deals among banks, Financial Institutions and private entities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, private equity firms, banks and other financial intermediaries, to support the origination of new business opportunities and deal execution.
- Execute transaction analysis on new transactions from credit, financial, and documentation perspective.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal flow from origination to drawn down and annual review.
- Oversee the end-to-end deal process.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape in Mezzanine and subordinated debt markets.
- Achieve annual revenue, origination, and portfolio growth targets.
- Prepare regular reports on pipelines, deal status, portfolio performance, and team KPIs for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or other equivalent) in Finance or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in structured finance, Mezzanine debts, subordinated debts, leverage finance or project finance.
- Proven track record in executing structured finance deals in APAC or internationally.
- High level of accounting skill and knowledge with a firm grasp of credit risk matters.
- Experienced project finance modelling and debt sizing capabilities.
- Strong network within the regional corporate, Private equity and sponsor community.
- Good communication skills to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
