Responsible for managing the Team with focus on targeted segment (i.e. Key clients). BODs, Management Staff accounts and UHNW clients who have a Strategic and Significant Banking relationship with the bank but are currently underbanked and underserved.
Responsibilities:
- Team Head Leadership and Management
- Client portfolio Management
- Strategic Planning and Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to deliver high service and competencies levels to increase the level of Visibility of the private banking proposition.
- Targeted approach for AUM and Revenue growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- 12 to 15 years of relevant working experience
- Possess / Pass the requisite licenses as stipulated by the regulators
- Strong client relationship management background
- Strong Market knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organizational awareness and understanding
- Problem solver and good situation awareness
- Entrepreneur mindset
- Able to manage a diverse set of clientle base to execute the Bar Bell approach
