Lead, coach, and manage the Loan Administration & Operations team to ensure timely, accurate execution of loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, fee waivers, fee payments and related account servicing activities.
Oversee the processing of instructions of both syndicated and bilateral loans, including complex and bespoke structured financing transactions.
Deal Onboarding & Facility Setup
Oversee smooth onboarding of new deals, including accurate limit loading, facility setup, and booking across multiple booking offices.
Transaction Support
Provide operational insights and viability assessments during the dealstructuring phase to ensure operational terms are workable and aligned with the Bank's capabilities.
Stakeholder Coordination
Maintain close and effective collaboration with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and Compliance to ensure seamless endtoend execution.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual touchpoints, improve controls, and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
Experience
1015 years of experience in loan administration/operations, or agency operations within an international banking environment, with proven team leadership experience.
Exposure to syndicated and structured lending products is preferred.
Stakeholder Management
Excellent communication skills (written and interpersonal) with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, Facility Agents, and external clients.
Adaptability & Execution Ability
Strong multitasking capability and resilience, with the ability to operate effectively in a highvolume, fastmoving environment.
Systems Capabilities
Hands-on experience with loan administration systems such as Temenos T24, together with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Windows-based applications.
