We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Trade & Supply Chain to lead our sales and product activity relevant to digital supply chain financing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the trade finance field, team management experience, and a proven track record of driving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Digital Trade & Supply Chain Financing unit to drive sales growth, product development, and innovation in the digital supply chain financing solutions space.
  • Be responsible for sales and performance target.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand the bank's presence in the trade finance market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative supply chain financing solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product rollout.
  • Analyse market trends and identify emerging opportunities in the trade finance space, developing strategies to capitalize on these trends and grow the business.
  • Ensure compliance with allrelevant regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in trade finance, with a deep understanding of the trade finance market, including supply chain financing, trade financing and receivable financing solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in team management, with a proven track record of driving salestargets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
