Support the CEO in all special/confidential matters including hiring and talent acquisition
Support the CEO in the preparation of confidential reports, documents, contracts and business proposals
Handle administrative and secretarial support including arranging & scheduling appointments, coordinating on meetings, drafting of correspondences, emailing, receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate, making travel arrangements, prepare presentations and reports
Co-support to backup other team members to ensure the smooth running of the business in the event of contingency arises
As part of corporate services and ongoing improvement, you will perform continuous review and analysis of the running performance of respective functions/departments and propose suggestion to ensure improvisation of the business as a whole
Any other tasks, special projects, tasks and/or confidential matters assigned as and when needed
