Position Title: Teaching Manager or Supervisor ( Supervisor for one subject English or Math Or Science/ Manager for all subjects)

Work Time and Schedule:9:00 am-6:00 pm 5 days with one day off on weekday and one day off on weekend
Key Responsibilities
1. Instructional Quality Assurance &Supervision
- Design, implement, and continuously refine classroom observation, evaluation, and feedback systems.
- Conduct regular formal and informal classroom observations (in-person and/or online) to assess teaching methodologies, classroom management, student engagement, and learning objective attainment.
- Provide teachers with timely, specific, and constructive oral and written feedback, and follow up on improvement plans.
- Analyze student performance data, learning feedback, and teaching metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for development.
2. Teacher Professional Development& Coaching
- Plan and deliver induction programs for new teachers and ongoing professional development for all teaching staff.
- Organize workshops, peer learning sessions, collaborative lesson planning, and demonstration lessons based on teacher needs.
- Serve as an instructional coach, offering one-on-one mentor in and support for teacher growth and career development.
- Maintain records of teacher professional growth and development.
3. Curriculum & Instructional Resource Development
- Assist in reviewing, revising, and updating curriculum frameworks and syllabi to ensure relevance and rigor.
- Lead or contribute to the development, selection, and standardization of teaching materials, lesson plans, assessment tools, and digital learning resources.
- Promote the effective integration of innovative pedagogies and educational technology.
4. Team Management & Administrative Coordination
- Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of teaching staff.
- Support in teacher scheduling, performance appraisal, and recognition initiatives.
- Facilitate regular teaching team meetings to encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and teaching staff on academic matters.
- Address and resolve teaching-related inquiries or concerns from students, parents, or other stakeholders.
5. Academic Culture & Standards
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and student-centered teaching culture.
- Uphold and model the institution's educational philosophy, values, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma degree or higher in Education, a relevant subject area, or Educational Leadership.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience with a deep understanding of pedagogical practices and student development.
- At least 1 years of experience in a teacher training, mentoring, departmental lead, or similar instructional leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear, empathetic, and actionable feedback.
- Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills related to teaching and learning.
