Job Overview:

The Teaching Assistant (TA) provides support to teachers in all areas. You will work closely with teachers to assist during lessons, communicate with parents as needed, and contribute to coordinating classes and school activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, enjoy working with children, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Record class notes and lesson videos for academic and quality-control purposes
• Assist teachers during lessons to ensure smooth classroom operations
• Facilitate classroom activities
• Provide instant feedback on students and parents to the respective teacher
• Coordinate and support large-scale events, seminars, or school activities (e.g., ushering, setup, on-site coordination)
• Any other teaching assistant-related tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents in a professional and respectful manner

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately
• Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Flexible working arrangements, required availability on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
