2 early weekdays: 10.00am - 7.00pm
2 late weekdays: 12.30pm - 9.30pm
1 weekend: 8.00am - 6.00pm
Key Responsibilities
As a Teacher and Curriculum Specialist, you will:
Deliver up to 10 to 12 high-quality classes per week, aligned with Learning Point's pedagogical framework and house style
Create an engaging and stimulating classroom environment using our curated teaching materials
Mark and return student work with value-added, constructive feedback by the next lesson
Perform required administrative responsibilities efficiently (attendance taking, checking students files etc)
Proactively arrange catch-up sessions for students who miss lessons (when make-up classes are unavailable)
Monitor each student's progress consistently, as every student matters
Build trust and rapport with parents through regular updates, suggestions, and meaningful feedback
Work closely with our Customer Service team to deliver an exceptional learning experience and minimise class withdrawals
Attend meetings, curriculum sharing sessions, and staff training as required to stay updated with evolving expectations
Participate in lesson observations and co-teaching sessions for continuous professional growth
Job Requirements
We're looking for individuals who are:
Degree holders (Bachelor's and above)
Well-versed with the Singapore MOE syllabus and its assessment requirements
Tech-savvy and comfortable with Zoom and digital learning portals
Experienced educators with 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience
Passionate about teaching, nurturing young learners, and helping them grow
Committed to a minimum of one full academic year
Able to start immediately (preferred)
Willing to travel between branches when necessary
Singapore Citizens only
