Location : Hougang Ave 1

Contract period : 2 January 2026 to 20 November 2026 (June and December holiday not required)

Designation/Title: Teacher Aide

Salary : S$2,000.00 per month - 2 January 2026 to 31 May 2026 S$2,170.00 per month - 1 July 2026 - 20 November 2026

Work Requirements:

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays : 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a 45-minute lunch break

Job scope :

• Assist in preparing materials and equipment needed by teachers for all curricular and co-curricular activities.
• Assist teachers in distribution and collection of worksheets and notes, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth running of activity.
• Assist in classroom management (e.g group work activities)
• Responsible for the setup, clean up and general maintenance of the class
• Assist in department stock taking
• Assist teachers in ensuring students safety in the class
• Assist and support in the running of school activities involving pupils.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Principal/ Vice-Principal/ Key Personnel

Requirements:
. At least N levels qualification

. At least 1 year of relevant experience in performing roles and functions in providing similar administration support.

. Able to operate technological tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (or equivalent software applications) for data collation and analysis as well as the creation of printed materials.

. Possesses good communication skills to liaise with teachers, students, and other stakeholders
