Working Days : 5 days a week

Job Scope :

• Prepare Drinks: Make bubble tea and other beverages according to standard recipes. Cook tapioca pearls and manage toppings daily. Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner. Take orders and handle payments accurately using the POS system. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback professionally
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Stock & Inventory: Refill ingredients and supplies as needed. Inform supervisor when stock is low or needs replenishment
• Team Support: Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with opening and closing duties.
