Responsibilities:

• Prepare beverages according to standardized recipes, while accommodating customer preferences.
• Use proper brewing techniques and equipment to maintain consistent quality in every drink served.
• Follow established recipes and preparation methods to create beverages accurately.
• Efficiently process customer orders, managing both cash and electronic payments with precision.
• Represent the brand by providing an outstanding service experience to all customers.
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tea barista area, ensuring brewing equipment, utensils, and workstations comply with Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocols.

Candidates with relevant F&B experience will be preferred.
