Job Description

Duty & Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers in a friendly manner and manage customers queries
  • Prepare beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
  • Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and products
  • Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments
  • Act in compliance to operational policies and procedures
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol
  • Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed and communicating inventory needs to management
  • Handle daily administrative tasks related to outlet operations
  • Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance
  • Prior working experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills for processing payment and handling cash transactions
  • Able to work and collaborate as a team to achieve outlet targets
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
