Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Management

  • Develop and implement company-wide sales strategies and growth plans for TCM wellness services, treatment packages, and membership programs.

  • Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems across all outlets.

  • Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities to improve revenue and service offerings.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Training

  • Recruit, manage, and supervise sales consultants, customer service personnel, and outlet front desk teams.

  • Design and implement structured sales training programs focusing on customer consultation, wellness product knowledge, and service package sales.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching to improve team productivity and service quality.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Business Development

  • Lead the development and implementation of online marketing strategies, including:

    • Social media marketing campaigns

    • Online booking platform partnerships

    • Digital advertising and search engine marketing

    • Customer relationship management systems

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize customer acquisition strategies.

4. Corporate Partnerships & Market Development

  • Establish strategic partnerships with corporate wellness programs, healthcare providers, hotels, and lifestyle businesses.

  • Develop corporate wellness packages and promotional collaborations to expand market reach.

  • Identify new customer segments and business opportunities within Singapore's wellness industry.

5. New Outlet Expansion

  • Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for potential new TCM massage outlets.

  • Participate in site selection, pricing strategy, and operational planning for new branches.

  • Support the setup, recruitment, training, and launch strategy of newly established outlets.

6. Operational & Business Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations and customer service standards.

  • Introduce systems to improve customer retention, membership growth, and service quality.

  • Work closely with senior management to improve business efficiency and profitability.
