Responsibilities:
- Provide various TCM massage therapies, including tuina and acupressure.
- Conduct thorough consultations and assessments to tailor massage treatments to individual needs.
- Educate patients on TCM principles and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure the massage rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
- Stay updated on the latest TCM massage practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with TCM physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in clinic events and community outreach programs.
Requirements:
- Recognized certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine massage or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of TCM theories and massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin (to educate patients on correct consumption of TCM Herbal Medication).
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
