TCM Massage Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional TCM therapeutic massage services, including Tui Na and meridian massage.
• Assess clients conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on their needs.
• Perform TCM-related therapies such as acupressure, cupping, and Gua Sha, where qualified and within the scope of practice.
• Educate clients on general wellness and self-care practices related to TCM treatments.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and document services provided.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, safe, and hygienic.
• Comply with workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Certificate or equivalent qualification in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Massage, Tui Na, or a related field.
• Knowledge of TCM therapeutic massage techniques, including meridian massage and acupressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform the physical duties of the role, including providing massage treatments for extended periods.
• Able to maintain a high standard of professionalism, hygiene, and client care.
• Able to work according to operational schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts where required.
