Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive TCM Clinic Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management
• Patient appointment coordination
• Registration & Billing
• Medicine dispensing & maintaining inventory levels
• Administrative Duties

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of receptionist, customer service, or clinic assistant experience (TCM industry/ healthcare /spa preferred).
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin, to communicate with patients who mandarin speaking
• Skills: Basic computer skills and WhatsApp.
• Personality: Friendly, service-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Willing to work on Saturdays.
