Job Responsibilities

1.Oversee the daily operations of the TCM clinic to ensure smooth and orderly operations

2.Manage and coordinate the work schedules of TCM physicians, front desk staff, and clinic personnel

3.Maintain service quality and handle appointment scheduling, enquiries, and patient relationships

4.Manage basic administrative matters and clinic inventory

5.Coordinate with head office on operational arrangements

Job Requirements

1.Prior experience in the TCM, medical, clinic, or healthcare management industry will be an advantage

2.Candidates with store or clinic management experience will be preferred

3.Familiar with daily clinic operational processes

4.Strong communication and team management skills

5.Ability to use Mandarin Chinese for daily communication, especially with patients. This is essential as some of our patients primarily communicate in Mandarin.

6.Stable work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility

7.Preference will be given to candidates with valid work authorisation in Singapore. The company does not sponsor work visa applications
