TCM Clinic Front Desk and Clinic Assistant (Training provided, PT/FT)

Our TCM Clinic is looking for a Front Desk/ Customer Servicer Officer who is interested in TCM Treatments and able to help patients through the process.

Location: 111 Mall or Centrepoint branch, both opposite Somerset MRT

6 days work week

Weekdays : 9:30am - 7:30pm
Weekends: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Attend to patients, talk to them and understand their troubles.
• Give them a tour of our clinic
• Able to handles any sales duties when required.
• Manage Physicians request.
• Help out with the water feeding procedure under our specialty treatment.
• Attend to front desk duties
• Attend to Sales Duties

Attend to Physicians.

Requirements:

• Able to speak converse in Mandarin as majority of our patients speaks mandarin.
• Prior experience in a clinic setting is a bonus
• Interest in TCM would be a good addition.
