TCM Clinic Assistant

We are a TCM practice with clinics in Macpherson, Telok Blangah and Clementi. We have 20 years of history and are hiring at our clinic situated at 91 Paya Lebar Way.

We are looking for a capable clinic assistant to assist the TCM physicians with clinic operations. The clinic assistant should be customer oriented, patient and hardworking.

Salary will commensurate with industry experience. Working hours are 44 hours per week.

The Clinic Assistant's Responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):

. Assist customers with their queries.

. Registration and scheduling of appointments for customers.

. Dispensary of medicine and collection of payment.

. Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy at all times.

Clinic assistants applying for this role should have the following Qualifications:

. No experience required but preferable to have a certificate in TCM Assistant

. Minimum of GCE O Levels and/or other relevant TCM courses

. Ability to converse in both Chinese and English is highly desired

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sales aptitude

. Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision
