Role Purpose:

The Group Tax & Treasury Analyst supports both Group and local Singapore Tax compliance & Intercompany matters, while also assisting with treasury operations. This dual-role position works closely with finance teams globally to ensure accurate reporting, timely compliance, effective cash management, and strong governance over intercompany transactions across the CrimsonLogic (CL) group.

Key Accountabilities:

Tax / Transfer Pricing / Intercompany

1. Tax Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist with Group tax compliance and reporting, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, and indirect taxes where applicable
  • Support the preparation of tax provisions and deferred tax calculations for group financial reporting
  • Prepare and monitor forecasts of corporate income tax and withholding tax expenses for the Group, including tracking actual results against projections
  • Provide advisory and support during tax audits, inquiries, and correspondence with local and overseas tax authorities
  • Prepare and review corporate tax filings for selected Singapore entities, including Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Form C/C-S
  • Prepare quarterly GST filings for Singapore-registered entities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

2. Transfer Pricing (TP) Management

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of Transfer Pricing policies in intercompany billing and transactions
  • Coordinate with external tax advisor to prepare and maintain annual Transfer Pricing documentation for CL Singapore, including Local and Master File
  • Support CL Group entities in complying with local Transfer Pricing documentation and reporting requirements, working closely with global Finance teams
  • Track, compile, and prepare data required for PSA Group reporting, including Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and BEPS Pillar Two requirement

3. Intercompany Management

  • Ensure intercompany agreements for CL Group entities are properly documented and executed in a timely manner
  • Support the review of intercompany transactions across CL Group entities, including with PSA-related entities, to ensure compliance with CL Group Transfer Pricing Policy
  • Compile, consolidate, and present intercompany transaction data across CL Group entities for analysis and management reporting
  • Coordinate with Finance Operation teams to ensure correct and timely intercompany billing with reconciliations on periodic basis within CL Group

Treasury & Cashflow Management

4. Cashflow Monitoring & Forecast

  • Monitor cash balances for CL Group entities and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs
  • Analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows for CL Group to determine actions required to drive Inflows and ensure cost discipline in outflow
  • Support scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential cash impacts of business decisions

5. Treasury Operations

  • Maintain bank account structures, mandates, and online banking platforms, including Group Bank Matrix policy
  • Prepare Banker's Guarantees, Security Deposits, bid bonds as and when required
  • Maintain tracking of Banker's Guarantees, monitor their expiration dates, and take necessary actions for those nearing expiration
  • Trigger treasury transactions to Accounts Payable team (fund transfers, FX deals etc) as part of cash management
  • Review bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in coordination with Finance Operations
  • Track and prepare documentation required for short-term loan renewals

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or Business
  • Non-finance degrees with accounting professional certification (e.g. CA/CPA, ACCA) and relevant working experience.

Working Experience Requirements:

  • 3 5 years of relevant experience in corporate tax (direct and/or indirect tax), Treasury Operations or cash management in group-level finance environments

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of corporate tax, withholding tax, GST and transfer pricing principles
  • Understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity monitoring
  • High proficiency in MS Office tools Excel, WORD, Powerpoint. Familiarity with ERP systems and banking platforms, and/or Business Intelligent tools (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
