Tax Specialist (Manufacturing/ East)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tax audits, tax queries, and tax disputes by coordinating with external advisors, tax authorities, and internal finance teams.
• Prepare and review supporting documents for tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions.
• Conduct monthly tax reviews to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, and indirect taxes.
• Work with regional finance teams to identify and mitigate tax risks and strengthen tax control processes.
• Coordinate tax training and knowledge-sharing sessions for overseas finance teams.
• Monitor tax regulation changes and provide recommendations on potential business impacts.
• Support tax-related projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant tax experience, preferably in an MNC or professional services environment.
• Experience in tax compliance, tax audits, and tax risk management.
• Knowledge of Indonesia tax regulations is an added advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
