Job Description

  • Assistclients in areas such as operating strategy, process optimization, spend analysis, legal contracts transformation, and digital transformation.
  • Help clients evaluate and implement legal technology solutions and oversee PwC SGNew Lawmanagedservices
  • Gather business requirements, analyse functional requirements, implement processes and systems, and provide project management support.
  • Manage client expectations through proactive communication and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and interviews for clients including but not limited to legal tech landscape review, legal opportunity analysis, and market opportunity research.
  • Assistin generation of reports, presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and any documents necessary for client deliverables orRFQs.

About you:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor'sdegree or Master's/Juris Doctoratefrom a recognized university from arelated field, including but not limitedto:business management, finance, law, information systems.
  • Experience with process mapping, contract life cycle management, and digital transformation is abonus.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) isa must.
  • Knowledge oflegal tech tools andGen AItools is a bonus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learnnew technologies.
  • Familiarity in working in an agile environment.
