Tax Manager to join our
International Tax team, providing tax expertise and support across multiple jurisdictions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex international tax matters, transfer pricing initiatives, tax governance, and cross-border projects while partnering with finance and business stakeholders worldwide.
Reporting to the
Chief Financial Officer & Country Head, ANZ and the
Global Head of Tax, you will be a key member of the global tax function, managing tax risk, support business growth, and implement best-in-class tax practices across the organization.

What You'll Do
As a member of the International Tax team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the business and support a broad range of tax activities across the organization.
International Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Manage corporate tax compliance and reporting obligations across assigned jurisdictions (Australia and New Zealand)
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax provisions, disclosures, and tax reporting requirements
- Support the preparation and review of Income Tax Returns (ITR), Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), transfer pricing documentation, and other tax filings
- Assist with tax schedules for corporate and statutory reporting purposes
Tax Advisory & Business Partnering
- Provide practical tax guidance on cross-border transactions, business initiatives, and operational activities
- Partner with finance, legal, treasury, and commercial teams to assess tax implications of business decisions
- Support the execution of tax-efficient structures while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Transfer Pricing
- Support transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Assist with transfer pricing reviews, policy implementation, benchmarking exercises, and intercompany arrangements
- Partner with regional finance teams to ensure alignment with global transfer pricing policies
Tax Controversy & Stakeholder Management
- Support tax audits, reviews, and assessments by liaising with external advisers and tax authorities
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external tax service providers
- Assist in resolving tax issues and responding to information requests from regulatory authorities
Global Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in global tax transformation initiatives and international tax projects
- Support tax-related aspects of business expansion, restructuring, and other strategic activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls across the tax function
We're Looking For
We are seeking a technically strong and commercially minded tax professional who enjoys working in a collaborative and international environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Business, Law, or a related discipline
- CA, CPA, ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience in taxation
- Experience in international tax, corporate tax, transfer pricing, or regional tax roles within multinational organizations
- Prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or reputable tax advisory practice will be highly regarded
