- Position : Tax Executive
- Location : Central Singapore
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.45PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file Singapore corporate income tax, withholding tax, GST returns, and support transfer pricing compliance.
- Assist with tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and tax disclosures during month-end and year-end close.
- Partner with internal accounting teams to ensure accurate tax data, reconciliations, and reporting across entities.
- Liaise with external tax advisors (including transfer pricing and international tax matters).
- Support tax audits, reviews, and IRAS queries with proper documentation.
- Monitor tax law updates (Singapore and international) and assess business impact.
- Participate in ad-hoc tax projects to improve tax governance and efficiency.
- Support regional / overseas entities and travel when required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience, preferably handling MNCs or multiple legal entities.
- Must-have hands-on experience in GST and Transfer Pricing.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, WHT, and GST.
- Familiarity with US tax is preferred exposure to other international jurisdictions is an advantage.
- Experience working closely with internal accountants and finance teams.
- Big 4 background is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
