Tax Director - Hedge Fund

Vested Search are excited to partner with a globally established hedge fund who are looking to hire a newly created Tax Director into their Singapore office, running both Singapore and wider APAC tax advisory projects alongside the Asia Head of Tax

Responsibilities include:

• Tax advisory projects for both transactions and acquisitions , within the portfolio and for management company
• Close working relationship with trading and investment teams to provide support on tax law guidance and tax policy in relation to APAC jurisdictions
• International tax management in relation to transfer pricing, tax treaty provisions, tax risk management and establishment risk
• Ongoing review with support of external service providers of tax compliance, reporting and accounting across APAC

Individuals should have a strong background in tax within the investment management or financial services industry with strong understand of the APAC region
