Tax Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning and compliance management for the company's overseas operations, with a primary focus on Southeast Asia (including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines) and selective Middle East jurisdictions
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local tax regulations, international tax standards, and cross‑border tax requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Act as the key liaison with overseas tax authorities, external auditors, accounting firms, and professional advisors
• Prepare, review, and consolidate international tax filings, reports, and disclosures; identify potential tax risks and provide mitigation and optimization recommendations
• Support tax structuring analysis and solution design for international business operations, new market entries, and cross‑border transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related discipline
• Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both used as working languages
• Solid understanding of tax frameworks in major Southeast Asian countries and international taxation principles
• 5+ years of experience in multi‑jurisdiction tax roles, preferably with hands‑on exposure across Southeast Asia
• Experience from multinational corporations, fintech, financial services, or professional services firms is highly preferred
