Assist headquarters in completing the declaration and payment of direct and indirect taxes in Singapore; initiate or participate in local tax optimization and compliance projects.
Support documentation preparation for IHQ tax incentive applications and other local benefit schemes; maintain proactive communication with agencies such as EDB and IRAS.
Manage transfer pricing documentation in Singapore, ensuring related-party transactions comply with OECD and local regulations.
Collaborate closely with finance, legal teams, and external advisors to manage tax risks and drive consistency across markets
II. Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; possess of Singapore-recognized professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA Singapore, or CPA Australia will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant tax work experience, preferably in Singapore-based or multinational corporations; experience in IHQ incentives is advantageous.
Familiarity with smart hardware/manufacturing/cross-border e-commerce industries and cross-border tax compliance and planning.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in IFRS and Singapore tax regulations; able to independently handle GST filings, annual reports, and audit liaisons.
Skilled in financial software (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI); strong system implementation and process optimization capabilities.
Language & Traits:
Fluent in English and Mandarin (for local documentation and cross-border communication); strong business acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and resilience.
Work Eligibility:
Singapore residents or holders of valid work visas (e.g., EP) with long-term work eligibility in Singapore.
