The Mission
Ceek Pte Ltd is an elite regional engineering consultancy. We are seeking a high-caliber Finance Professional to lead a 3-month strategic project to modernize our Singapore and regional financial operations. This is not a role for a single corporate entity you will oversee the entire group's accounting ecosystem in Singapore and provide direct commercial support to the CEO for our Singapore and Hong Kong operations. Your goal is to migrate legacy data into a cutting-edge digital environment and ensure our fiscal standing is maintained to IRAS's & IRD's full satisfaction.
The Requirement for Absolute Independence
This is a dedicated one-person role requiring a Power User mindset you will be the sole person responsible for the end-to-end execution of the group's accounting. There is no support staff for this project, necessitating advanced PC expertise in Excel (complex reconciliation/data mapping), PDF management, Word (manual drafting), and professional accounting software suites.
Scope of Works
- Group-Wide Digital Migration: Lead and operate the technical transfer of historical data from Sage 50 (Peachtree) and MYOB desktop versions into QuickBooks Online across the Singapore group entities.
- CEO Strategic Support: Act as the Right Hand to the CEO on all commercial matters, providing high-level analytical support for both Singapore and Hong Kong financial interests.
- Compliance Excellence: Review and manage all GST (Form 5), Corporate Tax, and Staff Salary Tax (IR8A/AIS) filings to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy to IRAS's satisfaction.
- AI-Applied Daily Operations: Establish an AI-First daily accounting workflow for the group. This includes implementing automated bank reconciliations and AI-driven expense categorization.
- Systems Architecture (The Group Accounting Handbook): Author a comprehensive Internal Accounting Handbook. This will document the new AI-applied SOPs and digital workflows to serve as the blueprint for the group's future expansion.
- Hong Kong Liaison: Support the CEO by coordinating remotely with the Hong Kong Accounting Team to align inter-company balances and ensure regional reporting consistency.
Requirements
- Technical Mastery: Proven experience migrating data from Sage 50 (Peachtree) or MYOB to QuickBooks Online.
- Software Fluency: Expert-level command of Excel, Word, and PDF tools is essential. You must be comfortable managing large datasets independently.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Singapore's tax landscape and a track record of maintaining proactive, positive relationships with IRAS and cross region colleagues.
- AI-Era Confidentiality: The candidate must maintain absolute data sovereignty use of any AI or cloud-based tools must strictly exclude the exposure of sensitive group financial data or director-level information to public training models. Absolute discretion and a security-first digital mindset are non-negotiable.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential for group-wide reporting proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly advantageous to facilitate seamless remote collaboration with our Hong Kong accounting team and the review of regional documentation.

- Qualification: CA/CPA Singapore or ACCA.
