Job Description

Responsible for the monthly/quarterly accrual and tax declaration of various taxes and fees, including GST, corporate income tax, etc.
. Accurately prepare and timely submit all types of tax reports, declarations, and filing materials.
. Handle tax-related accounting entries to ensure consistency between accounts and vouchers, as well as between accounts and statements.
. Organize and archive tax declaration documents, tax payment vouchers, and other tax-related materials in a standardized manner.
. Maintain daily communication with tax authorities, handle tax-related inquiries, and cooperate with tax inspections and reception tasks.
. Perform tax study and tax plan of oversea operation, recommend the most optimum legal and tax structures.
. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and promptly collect and feedback relevant information.
. Complete annual tax reconciliation, tax audits, transfer pricing, and other related tasks.
. Perform tax payment forecasting and prepare fund plans.
. Responsible for the development of tax management related internal control policy.
. Review tax compliance terms of Contract.
. Other duties as required.
