About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced TAP Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Temenos WealthSuite (Triple'A Plus) to support large-scale Private Banking / Wealth Management implementations. This role requires deep technical oversight, strong vendor coordination, and end-to-end delivery experience within banking environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with System Analysts to ensure technical designs align with enterprise architecture, security policies, and risk/control standards.
- Provide technical oversight on TAP components (OData, GUI/WUI, WTX/ITX) to ensure consistency and standardization across applications.
- Review and validate Triple'A Plus solution designs, configurations, and customizations in line with architecture and delivery standards.
- Conduct technical reviews (code and configuration) to ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Identify and resolve technical risks/issues across all delivery phases, including integration, performance testing, penetration testing, and code scanning.
- Provide hands-on support during SIT and UAT phases, including defect analysis, root cause investigation, and coordination with vendors.
- Support functional and non-functional testing aligned with approved Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery across the implementation lifecycle.
- Review vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with banking standards and project expectations.
- Work with development, infrastructure, and security teams during build, test, deployment, and release phases.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation in Confluence for project continuity and handover.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos WealthSuite, especially Triple'A Plus R14+ (GUI/WUI), EdgeConnect, TCIB, OData, WTX/ITX.
- Proven experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management with at least one end-to-end implementation.
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT, including defect management and vendor coordination.
- Strong experience in technical design and architecture reviews within banking environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD practices for Triple'A Plus delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and databases (Sybase / Oracle).
- Working knowledge of Java (Java 17 preferred) and microservices architecture.
- Ability to work independently in large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with vendor-facing experience.
