Tampines Branch - Night Shift Service Crew Scope of Work

1. Attend to customers and provide good customer service.

2. Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

3. Serve food and drinks promptly.

4. Clear and clean tables after customers leave.

5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, counter, and service stations.

6. Refill sauces, utensils, tissues, and other supplies when required.

7. Assist kitchen team with simple preparation or packing when needed.

8. Handle takeaway and delivery orders.

9. Perform closing duties, including cleaning and basic housekeeping.

10. Follow company SOP and supervisor instructions at all times.

11. Work together with team members to ensure smooth night shift operations.
