. Verify Export Documents: Ensure export shipments meet quality and regulatory standards by preparing and verifying necessary documents.

. Training & Guidance: Provide training and guidance to staffon food safety, quality, and GMP according to FSSC 22000 standards.

. Food Safety Management: Support the implementation andmaintenance of FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.

. QA Documentation: Maintain accurate QA documentation, including SOPs andrecords related to product safety and quality.

. Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits, hygiene inspections, and assistin handling customer complaints or non-conformance investigations.

. GMP Compliance: Ensure production workers comply with GMP, workplace, andhygiene practices at all times.

. Pest Control: Monitor pest control activities to maintain a pest-freeproduction environment.

. Testing & Calibration: Conduct environmental, equipment, andhand swab tests, and manage in-house and external calibration.

. QC Reports: Prepare QC reports, conduct in-line quality checks, andhandle sample preparation for testing.

. Audit Management: Prepare for and handle both internal and external auditseffectively.

. Raw Material Release: Review raw material COAs, test results,and work orders, and conduct raw material and finished product release.

. Any other duties as assigned by the company from time to time
