About the Role
As a Talent Sourcer / Researcher, you will play a critical role in supporting our consultants to deliver outstanding service to clients and candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in recruitment and talent intelligence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Research and map talent across key tech domains such as software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and product
- Source candidates through creative channels, digital communities, GitHub/StackOverflow insights, LinkedIn, referrals, and tech events
- Screen technical profiles and identify candidates with the right skills, experience, and potential
- Build high‑quality, future‑ready talent pipelines for niche and emerging tech roles
- Track market trends, new technologies, hiring patterns, and competitor landscapes
- Support consultants with insights, shortlists, and candidate engagement
- Maintain organised, accurate talent data within our CRM and sourcing tools
- Contribute to a standout candidate experience through professional, responsive communication
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, research, HR, or a related role
- Strong research capability and ability to draw insights from data and market information
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with candidates at various levels
- Resourceful, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Curious mindset with a passion for people, talent trends, and industry research
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, or Boolean search is a plus
