Talent Sourcer (5 Months Contract)

The Company

Our client is a US MNC and Fortune 100 company in the technology industry. They are looking to hire a Talent Sourcer on a 5 month contract basis.

The Role

Key responsibilities include proactively sourcing and engaging candidates across various roles, managing the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle collaborating with our global recruiting team to execute talent acquisition strategies and programs, partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deeply understand hiring needs and building pipelines of qualified talent.

Your Profile

You should have a minimum of 3 years&apos experience in a similar capacity and good communication skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, be well organized and possess good time management skills.
