Team Description
The Regional Talent Management team is responsible for strategically managing and developing talent across multiple regions within the organisation. The team plays a key role in identifying, attracting, retaining and developing top talent to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
Job Description
- Support senior leaders in succession planning by identifying, developing and positioning high-potential and top-performing talent for leadership roles, with the aim of maintaining a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Analyse talent data and metrics to monitor organisational talent health and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement talent strategies, frameworks and solutions that support business needs and drive effective talent outcomes across the region.
- Partner closely with business leaders and key stakeholders across the region to deliver key talent management initiatives, including talent reviews, performance management and leadership development, to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage strategic talent programmes that create business value across the region.
- Influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive complex initiatives and deliver best-in-class talent programmes.
- Conduct research and analyse data to generate insights, evaluate programme effectiveness and develop recommendations to support organisation-wide talent initiatives.
- Coordinate and implement talent management best practices across multiple countries within the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in any field. A master's degree is advantageous but not required.
- At least 2 years of relevant full-time working experience in Human Resources or management consulting, with a specialisation in one or more of the following areas: Talent Development, Talent Strategy, Performance & Rewards, or Employee Engagement.
- Experience in a regional role or project management role is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical, project management and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership to get the job done.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Quick learner with excellent planning, time management and organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
