The Talent
- About 5 years experience in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Change Management, or related fields.
- Experience supporting business transformation, workforce capability, or job architecture initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate workforce insights into practical talent and organisational solutions.
- Experience collaborating with HR, business, learning, and transformation team
The Job
- Support organizational development and workforce transformation projects.
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluations, and maintain job architecture frameworks.
- Drive workforce planning, skills assessments, and capability-building initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to facilitate change readiness, talent development, and career pathways.
- Analyse workforce data and provide insights to support talent and organizational decisions.
