Job Description

Builder. Problem solver. AI-native. No recruitment experience needed.

Gate.io's TA team closes hundreds of roles a year with a lean crew. We move fast and use AI extensively. This role exists to make us dramatically better through data, automation, and AI-powered tools you help build. You'll report directly to the Head of TA and have real ownership from day one.

What you'll do:

Own our data layer define metrics, build dashboards, generate insights that drive decisions

Automate repetitive TA workflows using AI tools and scripting

Explore and evaluate new AI tools for TA; prototype and build MVPs when there's a good idea worth testing

Design and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and process documentation

Manage our ATS work with tech teams to improve configurations, integrations, and data quality

Handle vendor and cost management agencies, tools, contracts, ROI

Support OKR design and incentive frameworks for the team

What we're looking for:

Strong analytical skills you work with data naturally, not reluctantly

You've actually built something with AI Claude Code, Cursor, or similar vibe-coding tools (this matters a lot to us)

Process-oriented but not bureaucratic you design systems to reduce friction, not create it

Fast learner with business sense you don't need to know recruitment; you need to understand why things matter

High agency you see broken things and fix them without being asked

Comfortable bridging business needs and engineering conversations

Bilingual in English and Mandarin Mandarin is used day-to-day for communications with our tech teams.

05 years of working experience we care far more about what you've built than how long you've been doing it.

One thing that will get our attention immediately: if you've used Claude Code, Cursor, or any AI coding tool to build something a workflow, a tool, an MVP tell us what it was and why you built it. It doesn't have to be polished. We care that you did it.
