We are seeking a Talent Market Intelligence Researcher who excel in employing a combination of external talent market and industry research as well as internal people data to provide valuable talent and market insights to give a competitive advantage in talent strategy.
This role works closely with People Organization leaders to a deliver relevant insights and proposals that influence people strategies.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong talent market intelligence database including supply/demand, competitors insights, other intelligence to support critical workforce decisions.
- Conduct meaningful research on the given topics and provide actionable insights by using the analytical tools and other available resources
- Collaborate with leaders in the people strategy function, support to build market research reports, internal analysis, and programs.
- Work with talent intelligence vendors partners to drive the effective tool usage.
How to Succeed:
- 5-10 years of experience in market intelligence, people strategy development or solid experience in at least one or two HR functions.
- Good critical- thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Demonstrate consultative skills and able to generate insights from various databases and external sources make recommendation based on business problems.
- Strong attention to detail and focus: your work will be used at the highest levels of decision-making and collaborators will expect to use your information without qualification or second-guessing its accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate sophisticated analysis in a succinct and impactful manner.
- Familiarity with semiconductor, memory and/or electronics industries is a plus
- Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (Tableau or Power BI is a plus)to perform analyses and present results
- Comfort level and flexible with changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, information overload, short deadlines
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in Economics, Finance, Information Management, or a Data analytical related field.
