Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a globally renowned organisation to appoint a Talent Management Specialist based in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to join their Talent Management team, to help shape and execute company-wide strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
Working closely with senior leaders and HR business partners, you will lead the annual talent review and succession planning processes, ensuring a strong pipeline of future-ready leaders. You will assess and evaluate their leadership capabilities while leveraging on data insights to inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive learning strategies to bridge any training gaps.
The successful candidate will bring at least 6 years of experience in talent management and holding a bachelors degree in HR or in a related field. Strong stakeholders management capabilities and experience in utilising assessment metrics is essential for success in this position.
