Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with our client to appoint a Talent Management Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering talent strategies that support organisational growth, leadership capability, and workforce effectiveness.

In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive talent management initiatives across the organisation. You will be responsible for leading talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and talent assessment processes, ensuring the organisation has a strong pipeline of talent to meet current and future business needs. You will also provide strategic guidance on performance management, employee development, and retention, helping to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

The successful candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in talent management, organisational development, learning and development, or a related HR discipline. You will possess a strong understanding of talent frameworks and best practices, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful people strategies. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will be partnering with senior leaders to identify talent priorities and deliver sustainable development solutions.

You will be a commercially minded and data-driven professional who is comfortable analysing talent insights and leveraging data to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and influencing skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, will be key to your success.
