Job Description
- Assist the Regional Talent team in the planning, management, and execution of our talent recruitment and development programs
- Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs.
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of talent recruitment and development program-related updates to relevant stakeholders
- Assist with system improvement projects for the Graduate Development Program, including the development and maintenance of a mini career site, applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate data reporting
- Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
- Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
- Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
- Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months preferred)
