YOUR ROLE
The Regional Talent, Learning and Culture Professional is responsible for designing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance learning and development across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on improving Employee Experience (EX) and developing skills for all levels. This role aims to cultivate a sustainable culture of growth and engagement within the organisation.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
1) Learning & Development
- Design and develop curriculum, courseware materials and user experience journeys to facilitate achievement of learning experience objectives.
- Prepare, facilitate, coordinate and/or conduct various company training programmes (e.g. C-BOX, Performance Management)
- Evaluate training effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and continuously optimize training content and delivery methods through quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Collaborate closely with regional HR team members to drive learning and development initiatives.
- Oversee the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the onboarding programme for new employees.
- Perform training administration duties and maintain training records for adults.
- Review a portfolio of asynchronous (e-learning modules, e.g. MyLearning) and synchronous learning interventions (webinars, roundtables, programmes etc.)
2) Employee Experience (EX)
- Lead the planning and execution of the Employee Engagement Survey, analysing results and providing actionable insights to enhance employee satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in the workplace culture.
- Create an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires by organizing engaging NHD (New Hire Day) that introduce the Group purpose and values, featuring speakers from various business areas to provide insights into the company's operations.
- Design and implement a structured recognition program that acknowledges and rewards employee contributions, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation.
- Develop and implement change management strategies that support employee transitions during organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout the process.
3) Performance Management
- Support performance management initiatives across the region, which includes KPI-Setting, mid year, year end review and performance calibration.
- Manage day-to-day performance and talent related operations.
- Develop and implement performance management toolbox that provides employees and managers for continuous performance improvement.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Essential
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in talent development or teaching/research with content development and facilitation
- At least 3 years working experience in a regional capacity or multinational company.
- Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.
- Project management skill, analytical, strong storytelling and content creation skills.
- Strong in critical thinking, written/verbal communication, stakeholder management.
- Adaptable and flexible, with an ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Naturally curious. Clear passion for training and people development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Desirable
- Prior experience in producing learning programs and events management is advantageous
