- This role will be partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver talent market insights that shape workforce and hiring strategies.
- Location: North
- Contract: 1 year contract (Able to renew/convert subjected to performance)
- Salary: up to SGD 7500 (subjected to experience)
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in talent intelligence, market intelligence, people strategy, workforce planning, people analytics, or a relevant HR function.
- Strong research, critical-thinking, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to consolidate information from multiple data sources and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Strong consultative and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings concisely and effectively.
The Job
- Build and maintain talent market intelligence databases covering talent supply and demand, competitor activity, industry trends, and other relevant workforce indicators.
- Conduct research on talent markets, workforce trends, competitors, and assigned business topics.
- Analyse information from internal databases, external sources, research platforms, and analytical tools.
- Translate complex data and research findings into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Prepare market research reports, workforce analyses, presentations, and proposals to support people strategies.
- Collaborate with HR, People Strategy, and business leaders on research projects and workforce-related programmes.
- Work with external talent intelligence vendors and partners to support effective use of research tools and platforms.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of information presented to senior stakeholders
