Job Description

MKS Instruments is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to support learning, leadership development, talent management, and employee development initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with HR and business leaders to drive programs that support employee growth and organizational success.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Coordinate and administer learning and development programs.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify development needs and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and leadership development initiatives.
  • Manage training logistics, communications, vendors, and learning records.
  • Monitor program participation and effectiveness and provide reporting and insights.
  • Support talent management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
  • Assist with employee career development and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and development programs as needed.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Manage talent development projects and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support the administration and enhancement of learning and talent management systems.

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related HR function.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR or learning management systems.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English to support communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
