Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Talent Development Manager / Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Executive responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies that enhance employee capability, performance, and organizational growth.
The role focuses on identifying skill gaps, developing structured learning frameworks, and delivering impactful development programs aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that support continuous professional growth across all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing training programs, leadership development initiatives, onboarding journeys, and competency-based learning solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure learning interventions are aligned with performance needs and long-term talent strategies.
You will also evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback analysis, performance metrics, and learning impact assessments, ensuring continuous improvement in training quality and delivery methods. A strong emphasis will be placed on building a culture of continuous learning and development.
In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design innovative learning solutions, including digital learning platforms, blended learning approaches, and interactive workshops that enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
