Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Talent Development Manager / Senior Learning & Development Executive to lead and execute initiatives aimed at supporting the growth and success of our team members. This hybrid role is based in Singapore, with opportunities to work both remotely and on-site. The role involves designing and implementing training programs, managing talent development strategies, planning leadership and succession programs, and promoting continuous learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Talent Development and Talent Management
• Experience in Training & Development and implementing Succession Planning initiatives
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage effectively
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Experience in technology-focused industries or startups is an advantage
• Adaptable to a hybrid work environment
