Job Description

Position Overview

Our client is a leading global proprietary trading firm seeking a Talent Development Manager to drive early career talent initiatives across the APAC region. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Development, this role will partner closely with business leaders and regional HR teams to design and manage internship and graduate programs, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach to developing future talent across multiple markets.

This is a regional role with significant ownership, requiring the ability to balance strategy, stakeholder management and program execution in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of internship and graduate programs across the APAC region.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and future talent needs, translating business priorities into effective early career initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on campus recruitment strategies and early talent planning across multiple markets.
  • Develop structured onboarding, development and assessment programs to provide a consistent experience for interns and graduate hires.
  • Standardize program frameworks and evaluation processes across business units while allowing flexibility for local business needs.
  • Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence, including Compensation & Benefits, to support the successful delivery of regional talent initiatives.
  • Monitor program effectiveness, benchmark market practices and continuously enhance the early career experience.
  • Drive regional projects and contribute to the ongoing evolution of talent development practices across APAC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • 8–15 years of experience in Talent Development, Early Careers, Graduate Programs, Campus Recruitment or Talent Management.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and managing internship or graduate development programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders and collaborate across functions.
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR initiatives within APAC.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage projects independently and operate with a high level of ownership.
  • Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a regional or global HR Centre of Excellence (CoE).
  • Exposure to both Talent Development and Campus Recruitment.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, talent assessment and early career development programs.
