About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Development Executive to support and grow our people, culture, and workplace experience.
This is a hands-on HR role that goes beyond routine administration. You'll be deeply involved in day-to-day HR operations while also helping to drive employee engagement, learning, and culture-building initiatives across the company.

What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Serve as a key point of contact for staff on HR matters, policies, and workplace practices
- Assist in talent development initiatives, including training coordination, learning programmes, and skills development
- Support performance management processes, reviews, and HR documentation
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, internal communications, and culture initiatives
- Work closely with managers to support manpower planning and team development
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Contribute ideas and help drive new HR initiatives that improve culture, engagement, and ways of working
- Support recruitment activities when required, including screening and coordination
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields
- Strong interest in HR, people development, and organisational culture
- Comfortable being hands-on and managing multiple HR tasks concurrently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills approachable and professional
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and drive initiatives
- Positive, forward-looking mindset with confidence to engage across all levels
Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with strong internships or relevant experience are welcome.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Prior experience in HR operations or people-related roles
- Exposure to learning and development or employee engagement initiatives
- Experience with HR systems, spreadsheets, or documentation workflows
- Interest in employer branding or internal communications
