About the Role:
This is a hybrid role combining talent coordination (supporting the recruitment and training of teachers and entertainers) with general administrative support for our public classes and wider Singapore team. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and responsibility, and who wants a flexible, work-from-home role that fits around other commitments. You will be trusted to manage your own time, prioritise tasks and work independently, while being part of a supportive, creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Coordination (Recruitment and Training Support)
- Supporting the recruitment of teachers and entertainers
- Managing and responding to applications
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Supporting the scheduling and coordination of training
- Liaising with Head Office and the Singapore team as needed
- Maintaining a pipeline of potential talent
Administrative Support
- Providing general administrative support for the team
- Supporting the overall administration of public classes
- Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
- Keeping systems, trackers and shared documents organised
- Ad hoc admin support depending on business needs
Who We're Looking For:
- We are looking for someone who is fast, highly organised and has excellent attention to detail.
- You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own time, and juggling a range of tasks with ease.
- A genuine interest in the development of young children, the performing arts and/or education is essential.
- You should be warm, professional in your communication, and enjoy supporting a creative, people-focused business behind the scenes.
- This role would suit someone who values flexibility, autonomy and meaningful work, and who enjoys being a key part of a growing business.
Hours, Flexibility & Growth:
- An average of ten hours per week to begin with
- This is a fully flexible, work-from-home role. You can choose your own days and hours. We care about outcomes, not when or where you work.
- As the business grows, the scope and hours of the role may increase for the right person. While no guarantees are made, there is potential for this to develop into a full-time role over time.
Rate, Bonuses & Contract:
- Freelance / Independent Contractor
- SGD $18$25 per hour, depending on experience.
- This role may also include access to a performance-based bonus scheme linked to successful recruitment outcomes.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be Singaporean, Permanent Residents, or expatriates with their own registered business and valid right to work in Singapore.
